A practice to embrace change

#1

Reacting to symptoms

When we experience, we react. If we remain in a reactionary state, then we may not provide ourselves with the space that is required to explore our experiences further.

#2

An informed response

For many, the reorganisation phase is the end goal: study our experience and listen to others in order to make sense of them. It is an important step in helping us better understand ourselves and others.

#3

Relational awareness

By looking around and understanding and accepting the impact of experiences on other people, we form a new perception of our own lived experiences. With that new perception comes insight.

#4

Embrace the emergent

With a perspective and understanding of our own and others' lived experiences, we may find the opportunity for new opinions, beliefs, or values to emerge. This is what Circulo provides: a safe and structured way of embracing change.
